Kingston 512MB PC5300 667MHz DDR2 Notebook Memory

DDR2 is the next-generation evolution of DDR memory technology. DDR2 memory features faster speeds, higher data bandwidths, lower power consumption and enhanced thermal performance. In 2004, DDR2 will be launched on desktops, servers, notebooks, telecommunications / networking and other platforms.

This is ValueRAM's 64M x 64-bit (512MB) CL5 DDR2-667 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include eight 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-667 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This 200-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
