Kingston 256MB PC4200 DDR2 Notebook Memory

DDR2 is the next-generation evolution of DDR memory technology. DDR2 memory features faster speeds, higher data bandwidths, lower power consumption and enhanced thermal performance. In 2004, DDR2 will be launched on desktops, servers, notebooks, telecommunications / networking and other platforms.

The components on this module include eight 32M x 8-bit (8M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-533 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This 200-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
