Intel D945GCNL Motherboard

The Intel® Desktop Board D945GCNL Essential Series offers a cost-efficient integrated graphics solution for the budget-conscious user.

This board is built with affordability and flexibility in mind and supports Intel® Core™2 Duo processor, Intel® Pentium® D, Intel® Pentium® 4 and Intel® Celeron® D processors up to 1066/800 MHz system bus in the LGA775 package. Other features include PCI Express* x16 graphics connector, dual-channel DDR2 667/533 MHz SDRAM, Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 (Intel® GMA 950), integrated 10/100/1000 Network Connection, Intel® High Definition Audio (Intel® HD Audio) and up to eight USB 2.0 ports.

	Socket This motherboard features a Socket 775 design. The Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) style socket makes it easy to install and upgrade your processor.
	Chipset The D945GCNL motherboard is based on the Intel 945GC Express Northbridge chipset. It supports IntelCore 2 Duo, Pentium Dual Core, Pentium D, Pentium 4 LGA775 and Celeron D4xx Processors, with Hyper-Threading Technology and 800/1066MHz Front Side Bus support.
	Memory Expansion The D945GCNL provides 2 DIMM sockets using Dual Channel 240-pin DDR2 with a total capacity of up to 2GB-32bit. You can install DDR2 533/667MHz Memory.
	PCI Express Support The D945GCNL fully supports PCI Express, the latest I/O interconnect technology that speeds up the PCI bus. PCI Express features point-to-point serial interconnections between devices and allows higher clockspeeds by carrying data in packets. This high-speed interface is software compatible with existing PCI specifications.
	IDE The D945GCNL includes built in IDE facilities that support Ultra DMA 33 and ATA 66/100/133.
	Audio The D945GCNL comes with a Realtek ALC888 audio codec which supports high quality 6-channel audio.
	Serial ATA RAID Support The D945GCNL supports the Serial ATA II technology through the Serial ATA interfaces. Doubles bus bandwidth which provides blazingly high disk performance, up to 3.0Gb/s.
	Gigabit LAN The on-board LAN controller is a highly integrated GbLAN controller. It is enhanced with an ACPI management function to provide efficient power management for advanced operating systems.
